These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VA Godly's platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Services
VA Godly provides automation and management tools for social media accounts, primarily focused on Twitter/X operations. Our Services include:
- Account management and automation
- Campaign creation and execution
- Direct message automation
- Reply and engagement automation
- Analytics and reporting
- Team collaboration tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with or without notice.
Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to use our Services in your jurisdiction
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our Services to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

- Complying with all third-party platform terms and policies
- Maintaining valid credentials and access to connected accounts
- Understanding that changes to third-party APIs may affect our Services
Important: We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including suspensions or bans. Use automation responsibly and in accordance with platform guidelines.
Subscription and Payments
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
Free Trials
- Free trials may be offered for new users
- Payment information is required to start a trial
- You will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends
- One free trial per user or organization
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
VA Godly and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, technology, content, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to:
- Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our Services
- Create backups and ensure service reliability
- Generate anonymized analytics and insights
Warranties and Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
- Results or outcomes from using our Services
We do not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VA GODLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or content
- Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms
- Business interruption or service unavailability
Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VA Godly, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content or activities using our Services
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account poses a security or legal risk
- Your payment method fails or account becomes delinquent
- We discontinue the Services
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. We may delete your account and content, though we may retain certain information as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VA Godly
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
